PRE-PAID WEEKLY PARKING PASSES
Pre-paid weekly parking passes will be available for sale as of Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 10 a.m. online at www.budweisergardens.com, by phone at 1.866.455.2849 or in person at the Budweiser Gardens Box Office. These passes are available in advance only and will not be sold on-site. Limit of one pass per person.
Parking in two lots has been established for this event:
LOT A - ACCESSIBLE PARKING
- Located across King St. from Budweiser Gardens
- Weekly pass available for $140.00
- Priority will be given to spectators sitting in the wheelchair sections during the event.
- An Accessible Parking Permit is required for access to this lot.
- Guaranteed spot for the week with in and out privileges.
LOT B – GENERAL PARKING
- Located on the corner of Ridout and Horton St (approximate 10 minute walk).
- Weekly pass available for $100.00
- Guaranteed spot for the week with in and out privileges.

Daily parking passes are not available in advance. Visit www.impark.com or www.london.ca for locations and rates of parking lots near Budweiser Gardens.
PICKING UP YOUR PASS
Parking passes will not be sent by mail. All parking passes must be picked up by the credit card holder at the guest services desk inside the Western Fair Sport Centre, located at 865 Florence St in London. Passes will be available for pick up as of March 7, 2013 only. The credit card holder must show the credit card used for the purchase as well as photo i.d. in order to pick up the pass. The guest services desk is open Monday to Friday from 9am – 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am – 4pm. Lost or stolen parking passes will not be replaced.
SPECTATOR DROP-OFF/PICK-UP ZONE
King St between Ridout and Talbot will have no parking available to accommodate the Spectator Drop Off Lane (March 8 – 17). A 5 minute maximum passenger loading/unloading zone will be created for easy access to Budweiser Gardens.
CITY OF LONDON AND LONDON TRANSIT INTRODUCE A MONTHLY PARK & RIDE PASS
Park your vehicle at one of two municipal lots located north of Dundas Street with access from English Street, Elizabeth Street, Adelaide Street and Queens Avenue and take the London Transit bus downtown.
Passes are available at City of London Parking Division at 824 Dundas Street East. The cost of pass covers monthly parking at a designated location and travelling on Dundas Street between English and Ridout steet on routes 2 Dundas, 7 Wavell and 20 Cherryhill anytime Monday-Sunday.

STREET CLOSURES
It is important to note there will be road closures surrounding Budweiser Gardens throughout the event. These closures will affect the following:
- Dundas closed between Ridout and Talbot - March 8 - 17
- Talbot closed between Dundas and King - March 4 - 19
- Ridout reduced by one lane between Dundas and King - March 5 – 18
- King St reduced by one lane between Ridout and Richmond - March 8 – 17
Please plan your arrival to Budweiser Gardens accordingly by familiarizing yourself with these closures and giving yourself enough travel time before the start of each event.
